$50 One Time Activation + $25 for single PC needing coverage. This includes a remote support session at your convenience, to each computer. A set of utilties and diagnostics software will be installed:
- Account setup on the Help Me 2000 database, scheduler, and news server.
- Teamviewer Remote Access.
- Sophos Antivirus (or at your option, maintain an existing antivirus solution).
- HelpMe2000 Tech One D7 Suite: the platform for Securty, Performance, and Maintenance Services.
- A diagnosis and optimization will be performed and a schedule will be set up for quarterly maintenance visits that do not draw from the monthly hours allotment.
Billing is conducted through PayPal invoices to a registered email address on a monthly basis.
