$35.00 per Month (after activation) and can be cancelled at any time

  • Daily antivirus and system health monitoring (you will be contacted if there is an alert to perform a remote session to resolve the issue).
  • Routine checkups (once every quarter, Tech One will schedule a remote session and perform system maintenance).
  • Unlimited email and chat support (technical advice, product research and pricing, and training resources).
  • On Site Support via (10,000+ certified technicians nationwide) at competitive rates lower than GeekSquad.
  • Weekly Help Me 2000 / Tech One newsletter delivered to your inbox.
  • 1.5 Hours of Remote Technical Service is included on a monthly basis.  Note: quarterly visits do not draw from the 1.5 hours per month alottment.
  • $25 per hour (after 1.5 hours are used).

$50 One Time Activation + $25 for single PC needing coverage.  This includes a remote support session at your convenience, to each computer.  A set of utilties and diagnostics software will be installed:

  • Account setup on the Help Me 2000 database, scheduler, and news server.
  • Teamviewer Remote Access.
  • Sophos Antivirus (or at your option, maintain an existing antivirus solution).
  • HelpMe2000 Tech One D7 Suite: the platform for Securty, Performance, and Maintenance Services.
  • A diagnosis and optimization will be performed and a schedule will be set up for quarterly maintenance visits that do not draw from the monthly hours allotment.

Billing is conducted through PayPal invoices to a registered email address on a monthly basis.
