• 4 Hours of Remote Technical Service is included on a monthly basis.  Note: quarterly visits do not draw from the 4 hours per month alottment.
• $25 per hour (after 4 hours are used).

$50 One Time Activation + $25 for each PC needing coverage.  This includes a remote support session at your convenience, to each computer.  A set of utilties and diagnostics software will be installed:

• Account setup on the Help Me 2000 database, scheduler, and news server.
• Teamviewer Remote Access.
• Sophos Antivirus (or at your option, maintain an existing antivirus solution).
• HelpMe2000 Tech One D7 Suite: the platform for Securty, Performance, and Maintenance Services.
• A diagnosis and optimization will be performed and a schedule will be set up for quarterly maintenance visits that do not draw from the monthly hours allotment.
